D20 3.root(-36): Races: Human

Sorry for no Friday post. There was something up with the internet at MileHiCon. This Friday will be a double-header, then.
Anyway, here's a race for my D20 revision.
In most fantasy settings, there are a lot of humans around; settings without humans are by far in the minority. So, naturally, 3.6i is going to have humans in it.
One thing that 3.6i uses is variants. These are basically a different take on one of the classic fantasy races. 3.5 used this as well, but in 3.6i, they are something explicitly used in the player's book instead of just being listed in the Monster Manual and supplements.

Human (Default Variant: City)

  • No changes to ability scores
  • Medium size.
  • 1 bonus feat at first level
  • 4 bonus skill points per level
  • 4 bonus investment points per level
  • Favored class: Any. A human treats its highest-level class as favored.
  • Speed: 15 ft.

Savage-variant

  • +2 Strength, -2 Intelligence.
  • Medium size.
  • 1 bonus feat at first level
  • 4 bonus skill points per level
  • 4 bonus investment points per level
  • Favored class: Fighter
  • Speed: 15 ft.
